Short answer- No, but I do feel like I should explain why. I pride myself in the work I do during your session, but even more so after your session. Post-processing (editing) takes hours upon hours (especially for weddings), and it is how I bring your beautiful photos to life. Giving you unedited images would not be the best representation of my art/work and honestly the finished product is what you pay for & what you will ultimately love the most. IF for some reason you truly want the unedited versions, they can be purchased for X amount which can be discussed after your session.

You will be receiving a password protected online gallery for you & your loved ones to view & download your images as well as the option to purchase high quality prints, canvases, albums, etc. You will also receive a print release in case you would like to print elsewhere.

Lighting plays a big factor in your images. I personally love working with natural light, so either sunrise/early morning or late afternoon/evening near sunset is best for beaches/open areas. More shaded areas like parks are better utilized in the mornings or midday, which I can discuss with you at booking.  Just keep in mind that most of the work you see from my portfolio on the beach/open areas was either taken during sunrise or sunset – so if you cannot shoot at those times then the lighting in the images will look a bit different. 

That will depend on what we will be capturing. Once you decide on your session, I will assist you with wardrobe ideas and examples for inspiration. Wardrobe plays a big factor in how your images come out, so I do like to discuss your outfit ideas with you prior to your session and help you decide if you’re having trouble. I highly suggest not wearing big prints such as stripes/polka-dots or clothing with letters or phrases on them (unless it goes specifically with your session i.e. milestone sessions). 

I know life happens and sometimes we get sick or the weather doesn’t play in our favor, etc. When you book with me, I keep my eye on the radar days & even hours leading up to your session. Some really stormy days end in great sunsets & windy weather also helps add character to your photos. I rarely have to reschedule due to a rainy day, but if luck isn’t on our side & it’s down pouring at the time of your session we will reschedule. If you need to reschedule for anything other than weather, then I allow 1 reschedule without a rescheduling fee. Anything after that a $50 rescheduling fee will need to be paid for your second rescheduling date. If you have to cancel completely, I will send a cancellation agreement and your retainer is still non-refundable. 

First and foremost, you should bring an open mind and a happy heart! There will be times that I may ask you to do something that may seem odd to you (like get in a bush or get in the ocean), but I promise you the more open you are to my direction the better images we can bring to life! I love being adventurous and bringing creativity to all of my shoots so please don’t hesitate to step out of the box and feel free to throw different ideas at me as well! For family sessions I highly suggest if you have small children to bring any snacks or toys to bribe them with and to occupy them so that we are able to get good images. I do my very best to keep children interested and engaged in the photographs being taken given the parents/families help. This goes hand in hand if you bring any family pets with you for your session. In regards to props/accessories please feel free to bring what you would like to incorporate in your session. I do not provide props, but when necessary or asked I will bring what I have.  

I love to connect with my clients on a personal level. I work best and I believe you will, too, with less distractions. Of course, there may be people around at your session, but I think not having someone there you know personally following us around will help ensure we can capture your genuine selves & have the best time possible. If you do bring your fur babies though, I do suggest to my clients to bring a helpful hand with them, but typically once we get those shots with them out of the way I’ll have whoever is there to help bring them elsewhere so I can focus on just the two of you (or family).

The title of that question should make you laugh, because it was written like that on purpose lol. As a woman I know how tough it is to love ourselves. Society makes it very hard & social media filters now-a-days with women altering their bodies & highly editing their photos we are constantly wondering what “beauty” is anymore. What I can tell you though, without a shadow of a doubt – you ARE beautiful just the way you are. With that being said – No, I do not alter my client’s bodies in Photoshop. I do, however, edit out blemishes, smooth skin, take out distractions in photos & help you look your best by giving you wardrobe help prior to your session. IF for some reason you absolutely want something altered, it will be X amount per edit which can be discussed after your session/wedding.

No. As you see in your package details you will be receiving a certain amount of images for each package. If you book the basic package you will have the opportunity to choose your favs and purchase extras. You also are not allowed to edit or alter images in any way other than cropping which will be listed in your contract of services. 

I pride myself in my editing and taking time to perfect your images. Regular session turn-around time is up to 2-4 weeks depending on how many sessions were before you. Weddings take at least 6-10 weeks depending on how many sessions/weddings were before yours. I will give you an estimate at the time of your session/wedding, but within the first 72 hours I will share a few sneak peeks from your session/wedding to hold you over until they are all finished. If I am extremely backed up I will let you know ahead of time that I will not be providing you with sneak peeks (from regular sessions) and instead focusing on finishing your gallery and getting it to you sooner instead. Edits that need to be expedited will be an extra fee.
