Either way, I’m so grateful & very excited for you to learn more about me & my passion. Have you ever seen The Notebook? It’s one of my absolute favorite love stories – their love story didn’t go perfectly, it was a bumpy ride, but it ended so beautifully, and that’s exactly what I love about it.
I’m sure you can relate & that’s why I want to capture you wildly in love, being yourselves, perfectly imperfect and full of life! From the belly laughs and happy tears, running hand-in-hand through the sand, or park – wherever your happy place is I will capture you & your love(s) the best way I know how. With an open mind & heart I’ll bring adventure & fun so we can capture those genuine connections & candid moments! So let’s see, am I the right fit? Whether you are planning an elopement, small intimate wedding, or a huge celebration choosing a photographer can be overwhelming, but I can assure you that if we are a good fit that I will do my very best to ease any stress and make sure your day is captured the way you envision it.
When I look over at my partner while he’s eating cheese wiz out of the can or while he’s working intently on his motorcycle, playing with our dog, or throwing his laundry all over the floor after work …. In the mist of the chaos we call life, it’s those little things that may frustrate the hell out of you or make you smile from the inside out, but no matter what; at the end of the day you freakin’ love the hell out of this human and you want to show the world your connection, the love & friendship you share so closely.
I’m an only child, coming from a family where everyone is all over the place. When my family and I do get together every single second is cherished, and I take more photos than I need to lol. I think this is why I gravitated towards working with children for so many years. I’ve always wanted children and very much look forward to the day when that happens. I do have one close friend though who I consider a sister and the bond I share with her and her children is extremely important to me and another reason why I love photographing families so much. I know that all may sound silly but being able to capture you and your families is truly a blessing.
Creative portraits are for those of you who want to bring something a little different to your session. These can be for you to explore different parts of yourself (internally/emotionally – and more geared towards conceptual shoots), or they can be for your birthday/graduation. Also don’t forget if you need headshots/lifestyle business photos to showcase your brand and your very own passion we can make that happen, too!
It’s true – I LOVE making people feel confident about themselves – especially women, because unfortunately society doesn’t make accepting ourselves very easy. For boudoir sessions I aim to help you feel comfortable and confident. I want you leaving our session feeling empowered and finding a newfound love for yourself inside and out.
My Approach
I think knowing how I work as a photographer is very important for you to get a sense of what to expect so that you’re prepared to, ya know, HAVE A GOOD FREAKIN’ TIME!!
My approach is simple – Adventuring with you and capturing you & your loved ones being yourselves genuinely & candidly is always my goal. Achieving my goal is also simple – Communication is key. I went to college for Communications so naturally I’m a talker & I think it’s extremely important in my business. I want us to have a good relationship before you get in front of my lens. The more comfortable we all are the better our session together will be!
